What the job involves
- IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Collections Analyst/Specialist to support the AR team with reducing the AR aging balance
- Oversee and analyze AR aging report monthly and build reporting functions for IXL and its subsidiaries
- Proactively contact customers by phone and email for prompt resolution of overdue invoices
- Follow up with customers on a bi-weekly basis and ensure active communication to prevent disruptions in service
- Identify customer patterns and build processes to prevent future issues
- Review purchase orders, sales contracts, and quotes for any potential discrepancies
- Reconcile internal sales database and NetSuite on a monthly basis
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other related duties as assigned

That being said, it still releases its own groundbreaking products such as the IXL Math "Takeoff" platform, a personalised whole-class instruction resource for teachers.
