Who you are
- Proven experience (at least 5 years) managing key accounts, ideally in the automotive, insurance, or assistance sectors
- Strong track record of navigating international corporate environments
- Excellent relationship management skills across diverse cultures and markets

What the job involves
- As our Key Account and International Development Manager, you will play a central role in driving our commercial strategy and expanding our global partnerships
- You will be the main point of contact between Free2move, automotive manufacturers, and partner assistance companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service delivery
- Manage and optimize commercial relationships with automotive manufacturers and partner assistance companies
- Leverage existing agreements to ensure a steady customer flow to our franchised locations
- Coordinate with affiliate entities (banks, leasing firms) to address specific client needs, particularly regarding vehicle delivery and contract transitions
- Develop and present strategic commercial proposals to attract new clients and maximize the use of our reservation systems
- Ensure outstanding service quality for end customers, focusing on vehicle availability and efficient rental processes
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities with external insurance and assistance providers
- Your Impact Will Be Measured By:

- Number of new accounts signed and new customer revenue generated

Our take
Free2Move provides an all-in-one car logistics service, offering services for booking parking spaces, car rental, car sharing, taxis, and electric car recharge locations. The company's services are provided across 170 countries with pricing tiers for both personal and business use and include all necessary regulations such as insurance, maintenance, and customer support.
Whilst it’s undeniable that individual online mobility services exist for each of the services that Free2Move provides, the company has made a smart move by aggregating them all into a universal easy-to-use car logistics service. Whilst the company currently provides access to both gas-powered and electric vehicles, it plans to focus on reducing its carbon footprint by focusing more on electric cars in the future.
Other plans moving forward include an expansion into America, with the introduction of ride-sharing services across five major US cities through a fleet of 3000 cars. Whilst car-sharing hasn't been a major trend in the US, CEO Brigitte Courtehoux, appointed at the end of 2022, is capitalizing on another gap in the US market by leasing its technology to US car dealers for use in their own respective rental and car-sharing services. It's also launched a mobility app in partnership with Share Now, which it merged with in 2022.
