Role
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering and/or account management within the e-commerce and/or online advertising industry
- Ability to skillfully articulate business value and impact to customers by preparing and conducting demonstrations, POCs and technical sales presentations
- Extensive experience in value-based Software (SaaS) selling
- Familiarity with the needs of enterprise customers integrating with a SaaS platform
- Feed management or marketplaces experience is nice to have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in software
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment, tech or software company

- We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support our team in the North American market
- In your role you'll act as a technical expert, being responsible for actively driving and managing the technical aspects of our sales engagements
- In your first 3 months you will:
- Gain a deep understanding of the Productsup platform and the e-commerce/marketing technology SaaS landscape
- Learn how to position our solution and how we solve our customer’s challenges
- Shadow your peers and account executives on demo calls and customer meetings
- Co-lead technical demo calls with the support of our existing Solutions Engineers
- In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
- Independently lead technical demo calls for prospective clients and work closely with your Account Executives on winning deals
- Work closely with our products and implementation teams to build the perfect solution for your prospect and guarantee a smooth integration
- Help our prospects to develop their perception of the problem they try to solve and develop an understanding of the business value our platform delivers
- In collaboration with the team, continually develop a strategy on how to better position Productsup to our prospects
