Who you are
- Extensive experience in UX research, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity
- Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-project workloads
- Skilled at aligning research with business goals and demonstrating ROI
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience guiding and mentoring other researchers
- Ability to influence product strategy using clear, evidence-based recommendations
- Background in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, UserInterviews, Prolific, Maze, and SurveyMonkey
- Strong understanding of Agile practices

What the job involves
- As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a central role in informing product direction across multiple teams and business units
- You’ll lead high-impact research initiatives, mentor others, and drive evidence-based decision-making at both strategic and tactical levels
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—Product, UX, Engineering, and Leadership—to ensure our solutions are not only usable, but genuinely valuable and aligned with real customer needs
- This is a role for someone who loves autonomy, thrives on complexity, and wants their work to shape product roadmaps and long-term strategy
- Lead meaningful research that drives product impact:
- Deliver foundational and strategic research that guides product direction and supports business goals
- Translate user insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product roadmaps
- Develop deep domain expertise within your assigned product or problem area
- Champion user-centricity across teams:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align research planning, priorities, and timelines
- Mentor junior researchers and enable cross-functional colleagues to conduct high-quality research
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, becoming the voice of the user in design conversations
- Ensure excellence in research execution:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum
- Coordinate internal and external research resources, ensuring projects stay on track
- Produce compelling deliverables and presentations that influence decisions at all levels
- Help develop research ops processes, including participant recruitment and continuous improvement initiatives

Worked as a Senior Security Consultant for Barclaycard, and was Director of WTG. First joined Adaptavist as a Board Advisor, and was made CEO in 2010.

Reece joined TAG as an Associate Software Engineer in May 2019. Within 5 months, they advanced to Software Engineer, then to Senior in under two years, and by September 2024, became Staff Engineer.
Sarah joined TAG as a Project Manager in 2017 in the Toronto office. They found their true calling in Sales and made an internal move a couple of years later and have since advanced to become a Strategic Sales Executive.
Rodrigo initially worked with TAG as a Contractor before joining the UK team permanently as a Commercial Operations Analyst. Since then, they moved to the Madrid office as a Business Operations Manager.
