What the job involves
- As an Operations Lead, you’ll support a brilliant team of caseworkers (known as Pathway Coaches) and the amazing people referred to Beam (known as Members) on their remarkable journey out of homelessness and into stable work/housing
- This position offers the unique blend of managing a team that delivers a crucial service, alongside strategising and executing operational change. Both of which impact the lives of hundreds of disadvantaged people on a monthly basis
- Creating a positive, impactful working culture - You’ll foster a culture of high performance and top quality support in an emotive and complex environment
- Making lasting change in the way(s) we work - Constantly looking at how we can improve, you’ll hypothesise and run multiple tests to improve our ways of working
- Solving complex problems - no two outcomes are the same, you’ll find creative ways to unblock barriers to entry for various disadvantaged groups, ensuring our support plans are tailored to each member
- Leading delivery on our contracts - Collaborating with our partnerships team, measuring performance and delivering to our contracts to provide the critical support our members need
