What the job involves
- Sploot Veterinary Care is introducing a brand new approach to veterinary care in the form of Urgent & Primary Care Clinics, and we’re looking for a ROCKSTAR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, and help us provide the ABSOLUTE BEST medical care to our patients

- Collaborate with operations leaders to understand specific talent requirements and recruitment goals
- Develop comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified veterinary professionals through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of potential candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for high volume roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with guidance, support, and information throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure timely and efficient progress
- Support planning and execution of recruitment events
- Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and best practices in veterinary recruitment to remain competitive and innovative in talent acquisition efforts
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including candidate sourcing, pipeline status, and time-to-fill, to stakeholders and management
- Additional support to campus recruitment efforts as needed
- Position is hybrid based in Chicago or Denver
