Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within a SaaS environment
- Proven track record in end-to-end product design, from user research to high-fidelity designs and prototyping
- Deep understanding of customer-centric design and a strong drive to continuously improve the user experience
- Experience with tools such as Figma, Productboard, Datadog, Jira, or similar software
- Expertise in design systems and building consistent interfaces
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with tech, product, and commercial teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you take initiative, experiment, and always think in solutions
- Fluent in English and Dutch is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer at Billy Grace, you will be the driving force behind the user experience of our AI-driven marketing platform
- You’ll play a crucial role in a multidisciplinary product team and will be responsible for all things design-related within the company
- Creating a seamless and intuitive user experience – from the first interaction to daily use
- You’ll work closely with our tech team to bring ideas to life, the Customer Success team to translate user feedback into tangible improvements, and sales to incorporate market needs into our product
- Additionally, you’ll mentor our current designer and lay the foundation for a future design team
- Billy Grace has a customer-centric focus, meaning you will continuously innovate based on user needs and create solutions that not only improve the experience but also reduce support inquiries
- You will be the first senior in the design team and will lead our current UX/UI designer. You will work closely within a multidisciplinary Product Team, alongside the CEO, CTO, Head of Data, Head of Development, Head of CSM, and Head of Sales
