- 3+ years of experience in Product Management (SaaS preferred)
- Experience designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests
- Deep understanding of subscription products and self-service flywheels
- You have strong analytical skills. You understand cohort analysis, segmentation, statistical significance, and know how to derive insights from data
- Experience leading executive-level discussions and technical deep dives with engineering teams
- You have strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who’s curious about data and passionate about building customer-centrics products
- You will be an integral member of our product-led growth strategy, working with teams that span across our Self-Serve and Sales products
- This is an opportunity for the right person to own the optimization of our acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and monetization efforts across our customer base
- You will report to the Head of Growth
- Define the experimentation roadmap and drive A/B and multivariate tests to optimize for customer monetization, growth, expansion, and retention
- Reimagine Productboard’s monetization infrastructure to unlock new revenue streams
- Analyze and monitor key metrics to uncover areas for improvement
- Define and monitor KPIs that provide insight into the health of the business
- Lead a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data analysts, UX designers, and marketers through iterative releases
- Prepare recommendations and present findings from experiment data to executive stakeholders
- Conduct market research, identify industry trends, and provide competitive analysis
- Evangelize data-centricity and best practices across the company
