Who you are

3+ years of experience in B2B product design, with a focus on digital advertising or marketing
Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Familiarity with interactive design tools and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Figma, Canva)

What the job involves

We are seeking a talented and motivated Designer to join our dynamic Ads team
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually striking and compelling ad designs that drive engagement and conversions
You will work closely with the Ads team to conceptualize, execute, and iterate on ad creatives across various digital platforms
Develop innovative ad designs, including static, animated, and interactive formats, that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Translate creative briefs and client requirements into cohesive and visually appealing ad designs
Collaborate with the Ads team to ideate and conceptualize new ad concepts and design approaches
Assist in the production and optimization of ad assets, ensuring they meet technical specifications and platform requirements
Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously improve performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the digital advertising landscape
Contribute to the team's design knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement efforts
