Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of Sales Enablement or GTM experience
- BA degree or equivalent practice experience
- Direct experience in sales training, customer success enablement, or similar go-to-market positions
- Background in B2B enablement, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help small to medium sized businesses succeed
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup
- Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise and professionalism
What the job involves
- A GTM Enablement Manager who will be responsible for training our Sales and CSM teams to effectively navigate and close quick deal cycles within the private practice segment
- We need a high-achieving and goal-oriented individual who will enable Nitra to deliver on an ambitious roadmap of innovative banking products
- Designing and delivering high-impact training programs for Sales and CSMs focused on the private practice medical vertical
- Building playbooks and sales assets to empower teams to run high-velocity, high-efficiency deal cycles with doctors and practice managers
- Conducting regular training experiments to deliver on key enablement metrics such as time-to-close, ramp time, and quota attainment
- Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine the most effective sales and retention strategies for the segment
- Developing the internal communication strategy to ensure the GTM team remains aligned on product updates and market shifts
- Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging for our customer-facing teams

Nitra is attempting to play a part in the reshaping of the archaic financial systems we all interact with today, specifically targeting the inefficiencies of the US healthcare system. To do this, it is bringing transformational and disruptive digital finance to thousands of healthcare professionals struggling with complex medical business processes that do not align well to traditional forms of credit.
Nitra started with a credit card built specifically for doctors, and has since expanded its offerings to deliver expense management, product inventory management, and lending services. Its all-in-one platform is powered by machine learning and blockchain technologies, bringing physicians and medical clinics around the country the financial services they need and deserve.
Its vision is clearly an ambitious one, but one that has resonated with healthcare professionals and investors alike. Funding from 2022 has been used to scale the team and accelerate growth, all while launching its new products. Nitra also continues to add to the many benefits that come with the Nitra Visa Business Card, ensuring it remains a strong option for its users.
