Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field or 7+ years of experience in marketing or revenue operations, preferably in a B2B software or technology environment
- Strong understanding of marketing technology, data management, and process optimization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Proven experience in data analysis, marketing automation, lead management, and reporting
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM and HubSpot, including certifications in either or both
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects across teams
- Action oriented self starter confident in finding resources and removing barriers to ensure success
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities
- In-office requirement in our Salt Lake City or Chicago offices
What the job involves
- The Director of Marketing Operations will report to our VP of Revenue Operations, with a dotted line to our Chief Marketing Officer, and will focus on leading strategic and operational efforts related to marketing, sales development, and partnerships using Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Marketing Automation
- You will be responsible for optimizing our marketing technology stack, developing and implementing operational processes, and ensuring data is captured and presented effectively for data-driven decision-making across all lead generation channels
- This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and business intelligence, marketing and partnerships to accelerate growth and improve marketing efficiency

- Data management, GTM and Business Analytics, and pipeline forecasting
