Who you are
- This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in multi-site businesses, capable of handling large data sets, developing insights, and supporting senior leadership with financial forecasting
- Experience in a multi-site business (retail, hospitality, entertainment, or similar)
- Self-starter – takes initiative, works independently, and meets tight deadlines
- Strong Excel & financial modelling skills – comfortable handling large datasets
- Excellent communicator – able to present complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders
What the job involves
- We are looking for a commercially minded FP&A Associate to join our finance team and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and providing analytical support to help the business scale efficiently
- This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our London office, with a minimum of three days in-office per week
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business strategy
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
- Track and analyse key financial and operational KPIs across multiple locations
- Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, cost structures, and growth opportunities
- Assist in scenario analysis, investment appraisal, and long-term financial planning
- Detail-oriented and structured – ensures accuracy and clarity in financial reporting
- Prepare clear and concise financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Business Partnering & Commercial Support
- Work closely with the wider finance team and business units to understand financial drivers and challenges
- Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and cost efficiencies
- Partner with operations teams to analyse venue-level profitability and performance
- Identify risks and opportunities within the business and recommend actions to improve profitability
- Data & Systems Management
- Maintain and improve financial dashboards and reporting tools
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems
- Leverage technology to enhance reporting efficiency and automation
