Account Manager, Daxko

• Experience managing customer accounts, including renewals and expansion

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• You’ll manage relationships, drive growth within your accounts, and identify new opportunities—all while making a meaningful impact on organizations that improve lives every day
• Growing and managing a book of existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs with a focus on both revenue and relationship-building
• Becoming an expert in Daxko’s solutions to confidently present our value to key stakeholders like Presidents, CFOs, COOs, and CIOs
• Navigating negotiations that align with both customer goals and Daxko’s growth strategy
• Proactively reaching out to clients and prospects via calls, emails, and video meetings
• Conducting engaging product demos and presentations
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and strategic outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and timely data in Salesforce and other sales tools
• Staying ahead of market trends and providing valuable insights back to our product and marketing teams
