- Rockstar Leadership: Proven experience leading teams through complex projects, with a focus on delivering exceptional results in challenging environments. Minimum of 5 years in a project leadership role, preferably managing cross-functional teams and driving large-scale initiatives
- Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, economics, linguistics, or a related STEM field. Hands-on experience with tools like SQL and Python is required

- As a key leader in our organization, you will guide cross-functional teams in the execution of advanced data annotation projects that power next-generation AI solutions
- With autonomy and authority, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and the responsibility to execute with precision, speed, and craftsmanship
- Lead with Vision: Direct and inspire a team of project managers and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
- Drive Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex data annotation projects, ensuring flawless delivery on time and within scope
- Optimize Workflows: Develop and implement efficient processes and systems that enhance quality, productivity, and scalability
- Bridge Technical and Operational Needs: Partner with engineering and product teams to align project execution with broader strategic goals, while addressing customer needs
- Solve Strategic Challenges: Tackle high-level operational problems with creativity and rigor, contributing innovative solutions to support AI alignment and data excellence
- Communicate with Precision: Provide regular, clear, and actionable updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency across all projects
