Who you are

Ultimately, the successful candidate will be a HUNTER, strongly self-motivated and a driven individual. Must be goal-oriented, methodical, tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team over the phone, Zoom and in person
5+ years minimum of business development or sales experience achievement
Strong interpersonal/communication skills – speaking to C level executives
Entrepreneurial spirit with an aggressive hunter mentality
Strong organizational skills and a self-starter
Solid business acumen demonstrated in a B2B environment
Ability to multitask and manage relationships internally, with customers, partners and outside consultants
Knowledge of IT, Software experience or insurance is a plus
Fluent English is a requirement. An additional secondary European language is also required (German and/or Danish is a big plus!)

What the job involves

Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating new business, lead nurturing and pre-sales activities
There will also be responsibility to the overall sales department goals and objectives including but not limited to driving revenue, screening RFP’s, meetings and conference attendance with the ultimate goal of producing Net New pipeline & accelerating deal stages
Generating new business will be driven by outbound calling, email and event campaigns
The Inside Sales Representatives are expected to constantly deliver more – more qualified opportunities, higher conversions, and more innovative approaches
Moreover, the skills, contacts and track record that are developed in this role will play an important role in enhancing one’s career potential within Guidewire as this position has advancement potential within the Sales organization
