Who you are

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2 years of experience in a software engineering role using React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, Java, GraphQL, and Git

What the job involves

Manage and develop a team of software engineers
Set technical direction for the software engineering team and adjacent teams and drive individual performance
Support engineering team in achieving a high level of technical quality, reliability, developer productivity, and customer satisfaction
Partner with product manager to build a category-leading product or product suite
Help to recruit, interview, and hire engineers for the team and engineering organization
Set goals, strategies, budgets, and oversee deployment of large-scale endeavors
Work across our stack to develop new products, features, and tools for customers' autonomy development workflows
Work with domain experts across field: infrastructure, robotics, and graphics engineers, and startup veterans
Collaborate with other members in autonomy ecosystem and learn about different approaches to solving core issues in autonomy
