Who you are
- Have 4-5 years experience, ideally with a combination of strategy consulting and an in-house strategic finance role at a high-growth company
- Display strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership and investors
- Demonstrate strong business partnering skills, with the ability to challenge department heads and earn their trust
- Value autonomy, with the ability to drive impactful improvements independently
- Confident in data analysis (SQL, building out dashboards, etc.)

What the job involves
- Having quickly grown to be the UK’s no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on Strategy & Finance Manager
- You will report directly to Lottie’s Finance Director and will be given high autonomy to build out a Strategy & Finance function from the ground up
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear and actionable insights that shape strategic and commercial decisions
- Business Partnering: Become the trusted finance partner to department heads, particularly the Chief Revenue Officer. Support investment decisions, preparation for board meetings, new market analysis and unit economics optimisation
- Commercial & Unit Economics: Lead analysis on pricing, customer economics and cost optimisation initiatives across the business
- Creating a Best-in-Class Strategic Finance: Play a key role in building out the function, including designing the tech stack from scratch and improving the planning cycles
- Business Partnering Transformation: Define how finance supports and challenges the wider business
- Decision Frameworks: Create the models and narratives that actually drive how leadership evaluates opportunities and performance
- Scaling Reporting & Insights: Build the dashboards and analytical infrastructure needed as we scale

- Pre-Screen & First Interview: You'll receive an email notification, but no specific feedback will be provided at this stage
- Hiring Manager Interview: If you are unsuccessful after this interview, you will receive constructive feedback via email
- Case Study: If you are not successful after the case study, you'll receive constructive feedback via email and be offered a debrief call with our Talent Lead
- Final Interview: For final-stage candidates who are not offered the role, we will provide your feedback live via a phone call
