What the job involves
- We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our Revenue Operations team for the summer. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operational engine behind a high-performing global sales organization
- At Sprinklr, Sales Operations drives the processes, systems, and insights that enable revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Systems teams to support data integrity, reporting, forecasting, and process optimization initiatives
- Support pipeline tracking and sales forecasting processes
- Assist in maintaining CRM data accuracy (Salesforce or similar system)
- Build and update dashboards and recurring performance reports
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights
- Support territory planning and account assignment projects
- Partner with Finance to reconcile bookings and performance metrics
- Help document and improve sales processes and workflows
- Contribute to special revenue operations projects as needed
- Provide ad hoc data analysis to support Sales leadership
