Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology or SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience in data management and analysis, with a strong ability to identify trends, forecast revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. Proficient in Excel
- Proficiency in HubSpot, including administration, customization, and user training
- Experience in integrating HubSpot with other business tools and managing these integrations
- Skills in process optimization and sales process design
- Technology forward-thinking - willing to learn new systems and becoming the subject matter expert for internal troubleshooting and optimization, curious about staying updated on industry trends and new technologies (e.g., AI)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Detailed oriented, strong communication & problem-solving skills
What the job involves
- As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Rain, within the RevOps team, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
- As a key player within the sales organization, you will contribute to optimize processes, enhance collaboration, and maximize revenue potential
- The typical day in the life of a Senior RevOps analyst will include strong data analysis, problem-solving, managing our CRM, optimizing our sales tool stack, and optimizing our sales processes
- Oversee the collection, storage, and quality of sales and marketing data
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and improve operational efficiency
- Build and maintain reports & analyses that support forecasting, pipeline management, prospecting, and account planning
- Administer and customize the Hubspot platform (e.g. manage and update data within HubSpot, update customer hierarchy information, etc.)
- Implement and maintain Hubspot integrations with other business tools (e.g., dialler)
- Train and support users on Hubspot best practices and functionalities
- Review and optimize sales processes
- Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution
- Revenue Forecasting and Planning - assist in revenue forecasting by providing accurate data and insights
- Work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships and customer success teams to align goals and processes
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and data sharing
- Stay updated on industry trends and CRM technologies
- Regularly assess and improve RevOps tools and strategies
- Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Our take
Financial difficulties continue to be a leading cause of employee stress, and waiting for payday can cause periods of cash drought where workers are vulnerable to overdraft fees and predatory lending. Rain provides employees with access to an amount of their earned wage, which is reimbursed by employers per their regular pay cycle.
Although paying employees more often seems a solution to the payday problem, it is often too demanding for payroll departments, and brings associated costs that companies would rather avoid. Rain is free to employers who offer it as a benefit for their employees, and it integrates with payroll systems easily. Instead of paying high interest on a payday loan, employees pay a small fee for the transaction when they access pay before payday.
Rain is backed by QED, an active investor in income streaming, which has invested in companies such as Credit Karma and ClearScore. The company has secured impressive investment that will fund its continued US expansion, further develop technology and infrastructure, as well as contribute to increasing marketing efforts.
