Company mission
Hostinger's mission is to make life easier for website developers and small-medium businesses.
Role
Who you are
- You have a 3+ years experience as UI/UX designer
- Generalist mindset: you're comfortable with research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one
- You can collaborate with different skillset specialists like copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, QA specialists, etc
- You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that's speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster
- Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, enough to prototype in browser and collaborate with engineers
- Strong communication skills: you can present decisions, take feedback, and push back when needed
- Familiar with analytics and testing tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar)
- A portfolio showing real work: process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens
- We’re always looking for experienced talent to raise the bar. If you’re excited about the role but the listed salary range doesn’t align with your expectations, we still encourage you to apply - we’re open to adjusting compensation based on the impact and value you bring
What the job involves
- The website is where most customers first meet Hostinger, and where they decide whether to stay. As Web Designer you'll own the end-to-end experience of our web pages and purchase flows: how people discover products, understand what we offer, and move from curiosity to conversion. It's work that mixes storytelling with real commercial impact, where small design decisions move real numbers
- AI is changing this space too, from faster experimentation to smarter personalisation of what visitors see. You'll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them
- Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors
- Craft conversion-focused flows that feel clear and trustworthy
- Work closely with marketers, PMs, and engineers in a cross-functional team, from concepts through to shipped pages
- Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, and generate variants at scale
- Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and keep improving
- Run and synthesise user research and usability testing to understand what makes visitors hesitate and why
- Be autonomous and initiative: pitch your ideas, take ownership to improve working processes and outcomes, innovate on brand display
Our take
Hostinger is a web hosting company focusing on offering high quality services, at an affordable price suitable for small to medium sized businesses and web developers. In fact, it’s regularly the cheapest web hosting on the market, and scores remarkably well with reviews - meaning the team has carved out a strong reputation in a market that continues to be highly lucrative, and competitive. With nearly 30 million customers in this niche, Hostinger is one of the largest hosting providers globally, and is one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
This is in part due to a consistent emphasis on and investment in product and service refinement. Among other improvements, this has seen Hostinger purchase global data centres and, most recently, arrange to allow customers to pay using cryptocurrencies. Internet users and developers alike need sites to be convenient and quick, so by focusing on this angle, Hostinger is sticking with the winning formula that helped the company achieve impressive growth and reach the figures it enjoys today.
