Who you are
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on engineering and product roles with knowledge of the tech competitor landscape
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
- Experience working on high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Self-driven and comfortable working in autonomous situations
- Clear communication with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and departments
- Demonstrate a strategic mindset on moderately complex projects and align strategies with company and team goals
What the job involves
- We are looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging the best possible talent
- Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes for our Technical teams at Grindr, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm
- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter who wants to drive growth at a company that is building a team of talented, passionate, and open-minded people who want to build a successful business disrupting the dating app space, innovate products, and advance LGBTQ+ culture & rights
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles, and serve as a strategic thought partner
- Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within Ashby, and proactively share data-centric updates with stakeholders
- Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr
- You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, streamline efficiency, and increase productivity
