Role
Who you are
- Product leadership: You have 5+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and development projects
- Technical know how: You have 2+ years experience integrating solutions with third party applications via API integrations. Point of sale experience preferred
- Insanely autonomous: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it
- Agile & flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations & problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record providing a positive customer experience, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks & roadblocks
- A creative problem solver: After developing a deep understanding of our products and our partners, you’ll help identify risks & uncover opportunities that will help us soar
- Data driven: You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives. You are capable at creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL. You may also use Postman for troubleshooting APIs
What the job involves
- The Supply Solutions and SaaS Operations team is looking for an experienced product manager to focus on ezCater’s growing API integrations portfolio
- In this position, you will delight our supply partners by building powerful enterprise class integrations that seamlessly connect ezCater solutions with our partner brand’s in store technology
- You will collaborate with leading POS solutions, enterprise brands, and third-party technology companies to create a seamless B2B experience
- The POS integration product team defines strategy and aligns products and processes across product, engineering, project management, operations, and external teams
- Build & Lead: You will lead and work with engineering and operations stakeholders to expand and enhance the impact of our integrations
- Collaborate: You will work with research, design, UX, and analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions
- Organize & Prioritize: Own the success of our integrations by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics
- Learn & Know: Learn how the industry solves problems through integrations and educate the industry on how ezCater delights customers every day through
- Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder

Our take
ezCater is an online marketplace app that provides catering options for businesses, working with food providers who enter their menus onto the app for customers to browse. ezCater sends each store its orders and handles customer service whilst the food providers fulfill the orders.
ezCater profits by charging a small commission on all orders that restaurants fulfill. The company counts JLL, RingCentral and the San Francisco 49ers among its customers. It previously fuelled expansion through acquisitions such as online catering platform GoCater in 2018 and MonkeySoft Solutions in 2019.
ezCater has enjoyed strong growth so far, in part by focusing on meal deliveries to a growing hybrid workforce as an employee benefit. It has been eyeing an IPO for some time, though these plans are yet to come to fruition. In the meantime, it has continued to develop its technology and unveiled a new supplier diversity program to uplift small businesses owned by underrepresented groups.
