Who you are
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- Extensive IT Experience: Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role with a focus on office IT management and technology
- Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar platforms
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of endpoint device management and identity management systems
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align IT strategies with organizational goals and drive change initiatives
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or PMP are a plus
What the job involves
- We're seeking a Director of IT to join our Engineering team in New York
- Lead IT Operations: Oversee all aspects of office IT management to ensure seamless operation of office technology and infrastructure
- Implement Automation Solutions: Drive the adoption of automation tools like Terraform to streamline IT processes and improve efficiency
- Manage Endpoint Devices: Develop and execute strategies for endpoint device management, ensuring security and optimal performance across all company devices
- Oversee Identity Management: Implement and manage identity management systems to ensure secure and efficient access control within the organization
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals and objectives
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI

Video has been an invaluable marketing tool for businesses since the beginning of TV advertisement, but modern technology has dramatically changed how such content is consumed. On-demand omnichannel streaming services and CTV has provided unique opportunities for advertisers to develop their audience engagement strategies, but without the appropriate technology platform, this can be difficult to navigate.
Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.
Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specialising in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
