Director of Community Events, POSH

• 7+ years of experience in event management, community building and/or operations within the events, hospitality, or software industries. Target companies we’ve modeled our community strategy by include Airbnb, Sofar Sounds, Patreon, Reddit, Youtube, and Instagram
• Proven track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling distributed networks of event producers or similar roles
• Expertise in creating and executing scalable event formats that drive community engagement and ROI
• Strong background in quality assurance and managing large-scale event logistics
• Financial acumen with experience managing and optimizing event budgets
• Proficiency in using event management and CRM tools; familiarity with Posh’s technology stack is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and align cross-functional teams

• The Director of Community Events will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of Posh’s global network of event producers, the Posh Partner Network
• You’ll develop scalable and repeatable event formats, oversee event production, and ensure all events meet Posh’s standards for quality and ROI
