Who you are
- A tech talent expert - someone who has helped to scale a (or many) tech startup(s), running hiring processes that accurately identify high-performing tech talent
- A sourcing expert - a true hunter with a great workrate when it comes to running complex, creative searches to source the best passive talent into Beam

- Magic Notes is Beam’s first AI product and latest innovation in the sector, as Beam’s first Tech Recruiter, you’ll leave a lasting legacy by forming teams (often from scratch) that build revolutionary technology
- Hiring incredible people - owning the full end-to-end process for various tech roles: launching a first class kick off, building the process and closing offers
- Using data - using data to inform all areas of the funnel and drive decision making
- Defining our employer brand - building a unique employer brand to technical talent to reflect a unique business
- Building excellent relationships - you’ll partner with various teams inside Beam, as well as external candidates excited by our mission
- Driving diversity and equity - those we support reflect all walks of society and we’re proud to have a truly diverse team at Beam, we want to raise the bar for equitable hiring in startups
