• Background: 3+ years of hybrid video production and content marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, tech, Fintech, or an agency
• Outstanding Portfolio: A standout showreel demonstrating advanced video editing, motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects), screen recording markups, and examples of your B2B written content
• End-to-End Production: Hands-on expertise across the full video lifecycle, including professional lighting, audio capture, framing, and autonomous project management
• AI Proficiency: Experience using—or a strong drive to master—AI-driven creation tools (e.g., Adobe's AI features, Descript, Runway, Gemini) as a co-pilot for your production
• Communication & On-Camera Skills: Exceptional written English for business copywriting, paired with the confidence to present to an audience and interview C-level executives
• Autonomy & Travel: You are a proactive self-starter who doesn't need micromanaging, with the flexibility to travel internationally for shoots

• High-End Post-Production & Visual Storytelling: Elevate our video content from good to exceptional. You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos that are both incredibly engaging and deeply informative. This means expertly incorporating sleek overlays, crisp screen recordings, custom animations, data-driven charts and diagrams, intuitive screen markups, and dynamic subtitles. Whatever it takes to hook the viewer and clearly explain complex product features, you will make it happen
• End-to-End Client Storytelling & Travel: Take full ownership of the client testimonial process. You will independently reach out to clients, build strong relationships, schedule shoots, and travel to their offices (including international travel across Europe and the USA). You’ll be responsible for asking the right questions to capture compelling, documentary-style stories of how Kolleno has transformed their business
• Product Expertise & Educational Content: Become an absolute expert on the Kolleno platform. You will produce engaging tutorial videos, record dynamic screen-share demos with visual markups, teach clients how to maximize our product, share best practice tips, and give our audience an exclusive heads-up on exciting features in our product pipeline
• On-Camera Talent & Brand Advocacy: Confidently record yourself talking about our product and industry trends. You will act as a trusted face of the company, hooking viewers from the first second and leaving them impressed and curious to learn more
• Demand Generation & Content Distribution: Build new relationships and generate inbound interest. You will write compelling, SEO-friendly articles for our website, craft engaging LinkedIn and social media posts, and attach your premium video content to drive conversations and conversions
• AI-Enhanced Production: Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge AI tools into your workflow. Whether it’s using AI for faster video editing, generating custom B-roll and animations, enhancing audio quality, or repurposing long-form videos into bite-sized social clips, you will leverage AI to augment your creativity, speed up post-production, and keep our content ahead of the curve
• Data-Driven Optimization: You won't just post content and forget it. You will actively monitor the success, engagement metrics, and Return on Investment (ROI) of your initiatives. You’ll use this data to optimize what kind of content we produce and where it performs best (e.g., website vs. specific social media channels)

• Initial Screening: A 20-minute Zoom call to discuss your experience and the role
• Assignment 1 (Storyboard): Review an existing client testimonial video and create a storyboard detailing your visual and narrative improvements
• Assignment 2 (Paid Video Task): Create a short client video for us (incorporating screen recordings, graphics, etc.), for which you will be compensated
• On-Site Interviews: Meet the team in our London office to assess behavioral and cultural fit
