What the job involves
- The Associate Director, Payroll will be a people manager with one direct report who will be responsible for managing the Domestic and International payroll operations and function
- This role will be a key role within the Finance Operations team and develop and improve employee life cycle processes
- The role will be reporting to VP, Finance Operations & Treasury
- Oversee the administration of payroll processing for a population of approximately 600 employees in multiple countries and states. Perform and review period to period reconciliationsOversee the annual W2 distribution processEnsure payroll operation policies and processes are documented, implemented, and operating effectively to ensure completeness and accuracy of results
- Assist the VP, Finance Operations in ensuring compliance with Federal/State/Local payroll laws
- Act as a thought-leader and advocate for best practice service delivery and value to support the strategic objectives of the business and People Solutions
- Lead the payroll team through transformation and create change-ready environment
