Who you are
- Deep data specialism and analytical skills – understanding of how to interrogate complex data sets to summarise trends and themes, experience in leading technical data & insights teams, as well as a technical understanding of data visualisation tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

- Collaborating across teams to design and agree on all customer and commercial metrics for the Mass Affluent business
- Owning and leading the customer and commercial data strategy for the Mass Affluent business
- Managing the Mass Affluent data hub and collaborating with analytics teams across the organization to build singular data sources and dashboards
- Managing data for important measurements and data components relating to Mass Affluent
- Supporting the development of insightful and timely commercial analytics
- Collaborating with segment, proposition, and COO teams to ensure customer-pipeline performance and value are considered, tracked, and reported
- Collaborating with Proposition teams to ensure robust proposition metrics are agreed and measured
- Acting as the relationship lead and Product Owner for Chief Customer Office and Data Engineering teams
- Increasing data capability and customer and commercial insights across Mass Affluent
