Who you are
- Proven track record of 8+ years in product leadership, with a minimum of 4 years in senior roles (VP, Director, or equivalent), demonstrating exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams
- Expertise in scaling game-changing digital products (DTC), with a proven ability to lead product growth and innovation
- Experience in gaming, kids' products or EdTech is a plus, but what truly matters is your ability to drive innovation and deliver results
- Passionate about customer obsession, taking the EDURINO experience to the next level for families and the needs of our young learners
- Are a proactive communicator, fluent in English, thriving in a dynamic, globally diverse team

What the job involves
- As (Interim) VP Product, you will be the driving force behind EDURINO’s product vision, leading our revolution in early childhood education on a global scale
- Your mission is to craft and execute a product strategy that not only boosts EDURINO's growth but also continues to redefine learning for the next generation
- You will oversee the vision, strategy, and execution of all digital products, ensuring they deliver educational impact, bring joy to families around the world, and make EDURINO an integral part of family life
- Reporting directly to a Co-CEO, you will lead product development and support the company’s global expansion
- Set an innovative product vision that challenges the way we think about learning, positioning EDURINO as a global leader in educational games for kids
- Lead innovation by creating immersive & engaging features that seamlessly blend play and learning, using next-gen tech to deliver personalized, meaningful educational experiences
- Build a world-class product division, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence that delivers impactful, scalable gaming experiences while maintaining the highest standards of educational quality
- Shape the future of learning globally, supporting EDURINO's expansion into international markets and ensuring our products resonate culturally and educationally in every region
- Build, inspire and guide a talented team, encouraging them to push boundaries and build products that truly redefine how kids learn through play, while creating structures that allow us to keep growing
Application process
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions
- Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
- The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
Our take
Educational resources have a problem - while they are training children for the world they live in now, the future that they will live in is going to look very different, and require very different skills, with a greater focus on digital, technical and mathematical knowledge than what is typically taught to children today. Edurino exists to provide this learning from the very earliest stages with a comprehensive educational program for children aged 4-8.
While the EdTech sector abounds with offerings to help children improve scholastically, Edurino stands apart by taking a hybrid approach, offering a specialised stylus and haptic physical toys that interact with its learning app. Edurino's offering has been enthusiastically received, with 160 educational institutions using its products and 100,000 units sold to individual families.
Edurino raised funding in a Series B round led by Ravensburger Next Ventures in 2025. This funding was used to accelerate growth initiatives, aiming to double the company's retail presence across Europe. Having launched across the German, Austrian and Swiss (DACH) area, it is aiming to enter the UK market in the near future.
