Who you are
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography and layout
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure

What the job involves
- As a Production Artist, you’ll be a key player in our creative team, responsible for producing high-quality design assets that drive business results
- You’ll report to the Senior Director, Account Management, and work closely with our Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Copywriters to bring creative concepts to life
- This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair, allowing you to contribute to a wide range of projects, from print to digital
- Play a vital role in the production of marketing materials that drive business growth and brand awareness
- Hone your skills in typography, layout, and color theory to create visually stunning designs
- Work alongside creative directors, art directors, and copywriters to bring innovative ideas to life
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies to ensure your work is always cutting-edge
- Gain valuable experience and build a strong portfolio to advance your career in the creative industry

In 2019, Epsilon was acquired by Publicis Groupe for $4.4 billion, one of the largest acquisitions in marketing history. The recent acquisition of Yieldify by Publicis and its future integration with Epsilon will greatly improve Epsilon's personalization capabilities and strengthen the company's offering to mid-market clients.
