Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field
- 5+ years of experience Program Management, Project Management, or other relevant experience
- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional NPI programs and customer programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead without direct authority
- Highly detail oriented and able to keep activities on track
- Capable of creating a clear and detailed action plan from ambiguous objectives
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
- Technical background or familiarity with hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and quality processes
- Based in the United Kingdom
What the job involves
- Reports To Director, Program Management
- The Program Manager, NPI. will lead and own end-to-end successful NPI program execution, including product lifecycle management - ensuring on-time delivery and aligned execution against the agreed plan
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, balancing technical and operational complexities, and translating ambiguous scope into actionable tasks
- Drive program schedules and product readiness activities identifying and mitigating risks proactively
- Manage escalations, escalate issues when necessary, and facilitate effective communication strategies across all stakeholders
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional activities and serve as the primary lead and contact for the global NPI program for all internal and external stakeholders
- Identify operational and process improvement opportunities across internal and external workflows, implementing best practices
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency

Electric vehicles are predicted to account for nearly 30% of new vehicle sales by 2025, which means the need for EV charging infrastructure is on the rise. ChargePoint supplies just such infrastructure, with hardware, software and mobile solutions for "every charging need".
Boasting the world’s largest EV charging network, the company also provides complimentary services for drivers, businesses and fleets. These include, for example, a mobile app for finding and paying for charging, and project management tools for making the switch to EVs.
Having already established a strong presence in the lucrative and expanding EV charging market, ChargePoint is well-positioned to support the electric mobility revolution. It serves a range of clients across North America and Europe, including Wells Fargo which it partnered to create financing solutions for EV infrastructure. November 2025 saw funds secured that will support its goal of reaching profitability in the near future.
