Who you are
- 8+ years as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or related role in a fast-growing company or high-performance environment
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with a razor-sharp eye for accuracy
- Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize, multitask, and manage time
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to see tasks through to completion
- Proficient in tools like Payfit, Qonto, Slack, and Notion
- Completely fluent in English & French (written and verbal)
- Low ego and humility
- Crypto experience is a plus, or eagerness to learn
What the job involves
- As Morpho's Administrative & Office Manager, you'll be an essential member of the Ops team, owning and streamlining key administrative processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-performing daily operations
- You’ll work hand in hand with the executive team and support all departments to provide each contributor with the best environment and workplace to thrive and develop
- Provide comprehensive admin support to assist various departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Growth, etc), namely with KYB processes and contracts (NDAs, employment agreements, etc)
- Maintain internal databases (contributors, suppliers) and admin documentation
- Manage payroll (via Payfit) and related obligations (health coverage through Alan, meal vouchers with Swile, medical visits, etc.)
- Responsively process team requests (e.g., travel bookings, tools, purchases)
- Welcome our new team members with a smooth and friendly onboarding process (equipment, tools & access, guidelines, etc)
- Ensure the office has all the supplies needed and that our contributors are not lacking anything
- Organization of team events
- Handle invoice processing for supplier payments
- Manage office-related purchases and team expenses

Morpho Labs’ Morpho Blue is a blockchain layer for protocols and apps to be built upon. With the ability to externalise risk management, it allows blockchain creators to integrate the layer into their own risk and compliance systems. Ultimately, Morpho is a lending protocol built upon open-source algorithms.
Originally founded as an optimisation layer for interest rate improvements, it has now evolved into a base layer for builders of crypto lending applications. With the intention of making DeFi protocols more accessible and easy to use through a user-controlled risk assessment platform, the company has attracted significant interest from big-hitting investors such as Coinbase Ventures and Variant. Morpho intends to use these funds to accelerate its mission to make financial infrastructure a public good.
