• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to manufacturing, engineering, or a related field at an accredited university, preferably a Junior going in to your Senior year

• This internship is a part of a 10-week summer internship program opportunity
• Archer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our manufacturing team
• This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of the manufacturing process, including Assembly & Integration, Battery, Motor and or Quality
• The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team to contribute to the design or production of our aircraft
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify areas for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and provide insights for process optimization
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, and quality assurance, to achieve production goals and resolve any manufacturing-related issues
• Prepare and present materials in support of readiness reviews
• Interface with engineers, maintainers, technicians, and program management to accomplish objectives safely and efficiently
