• As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will play a central role in guiding, mentoring, and leading engineers, while also helping shape the technological vision of our frontend environment
• You will lead efforts to elevate the frontend developer experience, championing the implementation of cutting-edge capabilities like microfrontends
• Your leadership will be instrumental in bolstering the scalability, adaptability, and expansiveness of our web applications

• Lead the development of frontend applications using TypeScript and React in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Drive the creation and adoption of best practices and frameworks that will be used and consumed by other development teams
• Evangelize and collaborate with other development teams to ensure proper usage and improvement of frameworks, libraries, and tools
• Contribute to building large product codebases with multiple independent teams contributing to the same applications
• Advocate for microfrontend architectures or similar distributed frontend systems, particularly for teams managing large-scale applications
• Establish patterns and guidelines for other teams to adopt and follow, ensuring consistency and maintainability across frontend applications
• Participate in product discovery activities with customers and stakeholders to gain insights, validate hypotheses, and identify opportunities for innovation
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify problems, suggest solutions, and drive continuous improvement
• Mentor and coach other engineers both technically and culturally, providing guidance and support to help them grow and achieve their full potential
• Communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences, using clear and concise language
