What the job involves
- We are looking for an ambitious and passionate (Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d) with experience across various roles, including technical positions, to join our portfolio company's groundbreaking team

- Our portfolio company is pioneering a technological breakthrough that has never been achieved before, providing a rare insight into the future of chip technology
- Shape and drive cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract the brightest minds in the industry
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialised roles (including engineering, R&D, IC design, and process development positions)
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines
- Leverage data and milestones to refine hiring processes and ensure continuous optimisation
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with the company’s rapid growth and ambitious vision
- Enhance the overall hiring experience by establishing candidate-focused recruitment processes
- Identify and secure top-tier talent while contributing to the expansion of new projects
- Stay ahead of the latest trends in the semiconductor industry and the global talent landscape
Our take
Founded in 2012, German investment company Project A Ventures works across pre-seed to Series A financing for, among others, the fintech, commerce, enterprise software, data, and climate tech spaces. Having itself raised significant funding, Project A has predicted and supported the rise of some of the biggest companies in the digital space.
Investments by Project A have included the likes of Trade Republic and Kry, who have achieved valuations of multiple billions of dollars. Investment from Project A is the key behind all of these companies and an understanding of business potential seems to be at the heart of Project A.
Whilst the general economic climate may have shifted towards the negative in 2022, renewed investments are still key to Project A’s ethos. With preparation underway for bumpy roads for its current portfolio, Project A is using its 2022 round of funding to invest in new companies, despite the financial downturn. This is because it focuses on the long-term health of companies, rather than quick boosts, and this methodology will no doubt help Project A’s next round of investments reach the potential that the venture firm sees in them.
