What the job involves

GlossGenius is looking for a Payments Product Manager to oversee 1) expansion into new fintech offerings, 2) management of our point of sale/hardware strategy, and 3) risk and fraud
You will partner closely with executives and business leaders across the organization to evaluate strategic business decisions and drive financially informed decision making practices
This role will sit in the Product organization and will be managed by the Payments Product Lead
Lead the ideation, design, development, and launch of new GlossGenius fintech products and features
Scale risk and fraud infrastructure and systems to support the next level of user growth
Manage the strategy and implementation of the future of our Point of Sale/hardware offerings
Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and execute on them
Be responsible for product-led growth where you are expected to achieve business growth outcomes by building an incredible product that drives user acquisition, conversion, and expansion
Lead cross-functional product initiatives with other areas of the business including Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, etc

However, despite a modern facade the beauty industry lacks specialized software and still runs on generic CRMs and basic spreadsheets. Recognizing a gap in the market, GlossGenius has stepped in to provided a specialized business management platform for beauty salons, spas and studios.

With little competition in this niche, GlossGenius has swiftly captured a large market share, with triple-digit year on year revenue growth. It serves over 1000,000 businesses and has raised more than $70M.

With this funding, the company is aiming to accelerate platform development off the back of the release of consumer experience, payment and automation products. And it is well on the way to fulfilling its long-term aim of developing into the Toast of the beauty industry.
