What the job involves
- You’ll be joining a small but highly impactful team of five: our Head of Sales, Sales Engineer, Partner Development Manager, and two Account Executives. Together, we focus on winning new logos and growing existing accounts
- This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a startup with double-digit revenue growth, working with world-class organisations like Tesco, Adidas, Airbus, eBay, Toyota, and more. Your job: build relationships, earn trust, and help our customers succeed with Strapi Enterprise
- Understand customer needs and ensure Strapi is the right fit for their project
- Own the full sales cycle, qualifying leads and building trusted relationships (new logo and expansion)
- Manage mid-market and complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders (e.g., Developers, Product, Marketing)
- Navigate negotiations, procurement and legal processes to close deals
- Ensure a smooth post-sale handoff to User Success
- Keep CRM up to date (HubSpot)
- Document sales processes and contribute to our internal Sales Handbook
- Share user feedback with Product to influence roadmap direction
- Support go-to-market initiatives in your assigned territory
- Become an expert in Strapi and the Headless CMS ecosystem

Our take
Strapi is an open-source, headless CMS that helps developers manage content for websites and apps. It separates the back-end from the front-end, giving developers the flexibility to use any front-end framework while managing content through customizable APIs like GraphQL and REST.
Exciting news came when Strapi launched Strapi Cloud, a new hosting solution that simplifies deployment by handling server management for developer.s. It offers easy setup, customizable infrastructure, and integrates seamlessly with tools like PostgreSQL and Cloudflare, making it ideal for small and medium businesses.
This launch came shortly after raising substantial funding. Alongside it, the company plans to further enhance its platform and expand on its cloud services. With this strong investor backing and exciting launches, the company is well-positioned for a future of success in the headless CMS space.
