Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in client success or account management, ideally within a SaaS or executive coaching environment
- Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to derive insights and tailor solutions for client growth
- A results-driven mindset with a “whatever it takes” attitude for client success
What the job involves
- Confidently manage client interactions, addressing challenges and providing effective solutions on the spot with the occasional mindset reset for your clients
- Managing a book of business of 60 clients
- Use your strategic mindset to analyze client data, troubleshoot, and build customized roadmaps
- Monitor client engagement, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and minimizing churn
- Maintain high-touch support and ongoing check-ins to strengthen the relationship and drive success
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine client engagement and retention strategies
