Who you are
- 2–5 years in high-performance environments such as management consulting, tech, VC/PE, or cross-functional startup roles. You have worked with (and earned the trust of) senior leaders before
- A proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders. You’re highly structured, detail-oriented, and get things done fast
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to move quickly with limited direction. You’re resourceful, self-starting, and proactive - and go far with little input
- A clear, structured, and top-down communication style, being well-versed with senior stakeholders and the need to distill complexity into sharp, executive-ready insights
- Good judgement: a sensitivity to context, reading the room and handling sensitive information with care
- This is not a “wait for instructions” kind of role. It’s for someone who can take an idea and run with it - navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results with minimal oversight
What the job involves

- As Planhat scales rapidly, we're navigating increasingly complex strategic decisions - and we're looking for sharp thinkers to help shape the path forward
- We need someone who can translate strategic initiatives into execution, wrangle complexity, and bring pace and focus to mission-critical projects
- You'll operate across strategic and operational levels - as an extension of the CEO and leadership team: owning cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment, and acting as a trusted right hand to leadership
- This is a high-trust, high-exposure, high-impact role where strategy meets execution
- You’ll help drive top-priority initiatives, shape how decisions are made, and bring structure to the chaos of a fast-scaling company
- Act as an extension of the CEO and executive team - driving strategic priorities and managing follow-through on key initiatives
- Lead or support cross-functional projects spanning operations, product, go-to-market, and people
- Own project management for high-impact, time-sensitive efforts: aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Prepare materials, research, and internal comms that enable better decision-making
- Help structure and operationalize executive workflows, business reviews, and leadership meetings
- Identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement improvements - without needing to be asked twice
- Join a team of impact-driven builders from McKinsey, Google, Klarna, Creandum and BCG

The Sweden-based but globally remote startup provides a modern customer platform that helps clients analyse insights regarding their target audience, manage workflow and drive customer experience.
Planhat distinguishes itself from other customer success software like Salesforce and Totango through its rapid deployment and easy adoption. The platform provides a range of solutions, from customisable customer health scores to management reporting and CSM team performance. It's been taken up by thousands of teams globally and its corporate customers include the likes of Consensys, Alation and Adenza.
Initially a bootstrapped company, Planhat had already built a significant business by the time it closed its first investment round in 2022. This funding is being used to support the company's growth by scaling its commercial teams, accelerating its R&D and further developing the product.
