Corporate Recruiter, DAT

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on corporate or go-to-market functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops etc.)
• A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry
• Deep expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and building engaged talent communities
• Fluency in an Applicant Tracking System is a must—we use Greenhouse and would love it if you're already a pro
• A consultative mindset with a history of earning trust and influencing hiring managers and business leaders
• The ability to connect the dots between a single hire and the broader success of the business
• Exceptional communication skills; you're equally comfortable advising a senior leader, negotiating an offer, or giving constructive feedback
• A high sense of urgency balanced with a commitment to quality and a meticulous attention to detail
