Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
5+ years- proven experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or a related role

Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales-related technologies

What the job involves

Work closely with sales leadership to streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in achieving revenue targets
Oversee the development and implementation of robust reporting systems to provide key insights into commercial performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement
Drive the development of accurate sales forecasts, working closely with finance and sales teams to align revenue
Administer and configure the company CRM system (currently Salesforce.com) to meet the evolving needs of the sales and customer support teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for CRM system enhancements
Implement and manage CRM customizations, workflows, process builder, and other automation tools
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data cleansing and validation activities
Offer support and training to users, ensuring effective utilization of CRM capabilities
Stay informed about CRM updates and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements
Manage and direct the work of CRM analysts and/or contractors
Drive the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) process and its implementation in the CRM system
Direct the Deal Desk process for large deals and pricing or configuration exceptions
This position has does not have direct reports
Perform any other related activities assigned by reporting manager
