Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or partner marketing in the B2B tech or SaaS space
- Experience working with global technology partners and developing joint go-to-market initiatives
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions into compelling narratives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and organizations
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact
- Familiarity with cloud communications, CPaaS, messaging, or related industries is a plus
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation Platforms, CRMs, ERPs, retail industry a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Marketing Manager, Global Partnerships, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Sinch’s partner ecosystem
- Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, Applications and Global Partnerships, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key global partnerships, working closely with partners, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate adoption, revenue, and market leadership
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Define target audience segments and tailor strategies to address specific pain points and goals
- Partner GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Sinch’s global partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue goals
- Messaging & Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that highlight the joint value of Sinch and its partners
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools and training they need to effectively position and sell partner-driven solutions
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the demand generation team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and pipeline growth for partner solutions
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the partner ecosystem
- Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with partners’ marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive joint marketing efforts

Our take
Over the course of well over a decade, Sinch has grown into an international service helping enterprise companies communicate with their customers over text, in-app video/voice messages, and other mobile channels. Used by Google, Tinder, Uber, and PayPal, among other marquee enterprise companies, most customers will have crossed paths with Sinch.
The company’s rise is due in part to an increased marketing focus on cultivating a highly personalised relationship between customer and brand. In part, too, it’s down to the surge in custom Sinch saw over recent years when more familiar channels of customer/brand communication went down. That seems to have settled now, but personalized messages, over text specifically, continues to play well among younger consumers.
It's going to prove a tough market to navigate going forward, though. Equally well-established competitors like Twilio, 8x8, and Link Mobility Group all have similar offerings. Sinch's foray into conversational AI will help them keep pace, as will their steady march of acquisitions, fundraising to fuel scaling efforts and partnerships with the likes of Salesforce.
