Who you are
- Creative Storyteller: Strong ability to articulate product positioning and value to create engaging content that speaks to both prospects and customers across multiple channels
- Design & Visual Branding Skills: Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience creating visually compelling content for social, email, and web
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and email marketing best practices
- Project & Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on prioritisation and timely execution
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, assess campaign effectiveness, and drive recommendations for improvement
- Collaboration & Leadership: Experience working cross-departmentally, with an ability to take ownership of initiatives while supporting other team members' development
- Tech-Savvy & Platform Familiarity: Proficiency in using tools such as Webflow, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms for content management, analytics, and CRM. Experience with automating workflows to improve efficiency wherever possible
- Proactive and growth minded: Someone who is keen to both identify and implement improvements independently as we grow DeepStream!
What the job involves
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Content Generation & Development: Create high-quality content, including whitepapers alongside industry experts, case studies, product updates, email campaigns, and social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice across channels
- Website Management & Optimization: Liaise with an external SEO agency to update our website using Webflow
- Social Media & Community Building: Own our social media strategy, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, to build an engaged community, drive traffic, and increase brand visibility. Create assets, plan campaigns, and monitor their effectiveness
- Brand Consistency & Positioning: Ensure that all visuals, messaging, and customer touchpoints align with our brand and product value proposition
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and customer needs
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Insights) to measure campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement
