Role
Who you are
- Must have experience leading marketing and growing a team within a DTC company OR have exceptional proven ability to make up for a lack of experience!
- Vast knowledge of the marketing landscape, experimentation, influencers, DTC growth, business development, brand and performance marketing.
- Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and doing the work at the same time as hiring and building out a high performing team.
- Strong and unique blend of technical, analytical, creative and strategic skills.
- Highly entrepreneurial, highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- You should have repeatable experience in executing and leading a growth strategy in a scalable and efficient way
Desirable
- Experience managing a large influencer network, creator partnerships, affiliates and ambassadors.
- Successfully scaled media budgets across a number of digital platform channels including Meta, Paid Search, Affiliates, Digital Video, etc
- Responsible for measuring inputs, optimize dashboards and mine data to drive weekly business reviews, insights and move business lag metrics
- Successfully built and scaled growth strategies for hyper-growth brands with little brand awareness preferred
- Successfully scaled revenue-generating creator budgets across a number of creator platform channels including Podcast, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Newsletter, etc
- Deep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with data tools with a quick ability to generate insight and next action steps
- Bonus points if you're a behavioural science geek
- Passionate about design and brand over sales
- Strong first principles and critical thinker
- Gravitates towards speed and not afraid to roll their sleeves up and do the work
