Role
Who you are
- Proven Sales Leadership: At least 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional leadership role
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with automation, AI, or finance-focused SaaS solutions. Experience with shared service centers is a strong plus
- Partner Management: Demonstrated ability to manage and grow referral and reseller channels, including building certification programs
- Account-Based Marketing: Experience collaborating with marketing teams to implement ABM strategies for enterprise accounts
- Metrics-Driven: A track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious revenue targets with data-driven insights
- Strategic Vision: Capable of aligning team objectives with broader company goals in a rapidly scaling environment
- Cultural Fit: Ability to navigate the nuances of working in a pan-European market, with multilingual and multicultural teams
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields. An MBA is a plus
What the job involves
- The Regional Vice President (RVP) Sales, Europe will play a critical role in driving Hypatos’ growth across the European market
- Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this individual will lead Hypatos’ sales strategy, oversee a high-performing team, and drive revenue through direct sales and partner channels
- They will also collaborate closely with marketing to implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to high-value enterprise accounts, ensuring aligned efforts to maximize engagement and pipeline generation
- This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise B2B SaaS, especially in automation, finance, or shared service center environments
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe to achieve revenue targets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including account executives and partner managers
- Drive a metrics-based approach to ensure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and deal velocity
- Partner with marketing teams to design and execute ABM strategies targeting Hypatos’ most valuable enterprise accounts
- Leverage personalized content, campaigns, and multi-channel outreach to enhance engagement with high-priority prospects
- Analyze ABM performance metrics and continuously refine tactics for increased ROI
- Collaborate with existing Big Four and other key partners to expand the referral pipeline and scale resell opportunities
- Implement and manage a partner certification and deal registration process
- Foster early partner involvement in the sales funnel to improve deal reliability and handover processes
- Own relationships with Hypatos’ top-tier enterprise customers across Europe
- Lead by example in closing complex, high-value deals with C-level decision-makers
- Advocate for customer success by ensuring seamless handovers between sales, presales, and post-sales teams
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities in untapped European markets
- Stay ahead of trends in finance automation and AI to position Hypatos as a market leader
- Work with marketing to develop regional campaigns and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in alignment with ABM efforts
- Partner with the CRO and executive team to refine sales OKRs and strategies
- Act as a key stakeholder in Hypatos’ strategic decisions as it scales toward Series B
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights to the executive team
