Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, in key account management position or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics
- Self-starter and able to make things happen by oneself
- Good understanding of the SaaS business
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
What the job involves
- You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacencies, new sectors’ opening, pricing redefinition, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.)
- You will report to the Chief of Staff
- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Partnership development: Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements
- Project management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners
- Sales animation: Animate Skello and partners’ commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
