Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in growth, management consulting, analytics, marketing or related areas
- Experience with SQL is required
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful cross-functional campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to derive insights and optimize campaigns

What the job involves
- As the first Growth Manager at Nirvana, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's expansion, customer acquisition, and growth acceleration
- You will lead strategic initiatives to elevate our market presence, utilizing innovative marketing techniques to achieve new heights
- This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Drive pipeline and revenue growth by identifying valuable customer segments and translating experiments into scalable marketing programs
- Strategize, orchestrate, and execute omni-channel campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Biz Ops and Product
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, identify trends, and continually improve performance
- Be a business owner for your campaigns: manage budgets and forecasts, measure performance, and optimize for results
- Support new areas of growth for the company by launching campaigns for new geographies, product lines, and industries
