Senior Financial Analyst , Replit

• 5+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or related analytical roles, including 2 years at an Investment Banking or Venture Capital firm
• SQL and/or Python for data analysis and automation
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience building complex models
• Experience with financial planning software and business intelligence tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables

• In this key role, you'll support both operational and strategic finance functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and provide data-driven insights that help steer the business toward our financial goals
• Support financial planning, budgeting and analysis processes across the organization
• Handle operational finance including daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
• Maintain and optimize our planning software (Abacum) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business metrics and performance indicators
• Monitor and analyze cloud costs, product metrics, and financial/operating metrics to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Prepare clear and compelling presentations for various stakeholders including executive leadership
• Support Strategic Finance team on pricing and packaging analysis and recommendations
• Assist with ad hoc strategic projects including M&A analysis and investor reporting activities
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product performance and cloud compute efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze and optimize cloud compute costs, driving infrastructure efficiency improvements
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Provide analytical support and insights to help teams make data-driven decisions that advance our financial goals
