Product Manager, Rare Technology

• 3+ years’ work experience – in a product role or at a consultancy.
• A university degree of at least a 2:1 in any subject
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent Excel skills

• Contribute to defining product strategy for the next phase of growth for the Candid suite of products, including building a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, and how we’ll continue to differentiate ourselves and grow
• Lead the planning process and associated roadmap prioritisation, ensuring alignment within the team and with wider business goals and objectives
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements
• Collaborate with other Rare teams (engineering, design, client success and information security) to ship high-quality product features
• Own product feature adoption measurement and recommend features to improve or deprecate
• Manage pre-release product testing with the team to ensure smooth, bug-free deployments
• Report bugs, identify the source of problems and iterate solutions with our developers
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
