Who you are
- This is an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic individual who wishes to work in a professional business environment
- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and be organised, ambitious and driven
- Fluency in Korean and English is essential (written and spoken)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, logical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is desirable
What the job involves
- The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data on institutional investors, through the analysis of annual reports, specialist documents, and relationship-building with key contacts
- Use a variety of online and public sources to identify relevant information
- Analyse reports and filings to extract key data points
- Standardise and enter researched data into our database
- Build relationships with investors to obtain proprietary data
- Develop and maintain key contact relationships—via both telephone and email in Korean and English—to identify new sources of information
- Take ownership of data acquisition and development in line with business needs
- Ensure accuracy through quality checking, reporting, and ongoing data improvement
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
